There are two ways to show up in the world. The one requires faking, forcing and depleting yourself. The other way is to make the changes you want to see in the world from a healthier, heart-centered, intuitively guided place of wisdom and inner knowing. This shift in perception and 'being' requires patience, dedication, clarity, commitment, guidance and a willingness to embody the new. The women that typically find me to be their guide, have big dreams. They know that they haven't come here to play it small. Yet, life happens and after forcing themselves to do what society, family and friends expect from them, they wake up knowing that they are not living the life of their choosing.
