It is daunting to approach a coach for the first time, not knowing what coaching is about, if you what you are dealing with is something a coach can help with etc. I designed this questionnaire to help you get clarity on where you are and where you would like to be.

Similar to a lighthouse, a coach can help navigate in stormy weather, in the dark or when you feel stuck and alone, not knowing where to next.
